Convert your Tiger 900 Rally into a true off-road machine with the High Fender Kit. By removing the OEM low fender and brake lines, you reduce the risk of debris getting stuck between the wheel and low fender. With a low fender, there is increased risk of mud collecting in the small clearance which could cause a lock out of the front wheel or break off the low fender which would allow the brake line to get caught in the rotation of the wheel.

This kit is designed to work with the KTM 790/890 front fender, or you can use the Universal* Fender Adapter for other fenders.

  • 1 - Fender mount kit (Matte black powder coated aluminum)
  • 1 - Beak delete plate (Raw finish aluminum**)

Compatibility notes:

  • Confirmed compatibility on 2020+ Triumph Tiger 900 Rally and Rally Pro models.
  • OEM front brake lines cannot be used. 
  • Triumph OEM aux fog lights (mounted at beak, not upper guards) are compatible with the Acerbis Fender.
  • This kit is has not been tested with high-engine guards that connect across the top of radiators (i.e. OEM Upper Guards)
  • This kit has not been tested on the Tiger 900 GT or GT Pro for compatibility.

*Note that not every fender can be used. This plate is aimed at supporting aftermarket fenders that can be drilled into, based on the mounting location. If not listed as compatible above, please purchase with caution.
